Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — FREE on orders over $200, otherwise $4.99
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $12.99
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — $24.99 (order must be placed before 12 PM EST)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at contact@zayanshut.com or call +1 213 757 9899. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been shipped.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods such as food, pet treats, or items with expiry dates
• Intimate or sanitary goods for hygiene reasons

• Digital products or gift cards

How to Initiate a Return
